Luna was born here on our farm.  Although she was one of my favorites of the litter we can't keep them all.  She went to a lovely family with the start of a small farm.  But, things happen and they lost their home during the start of the pandemic.  Luna found herself living with them in a hotel for a bit before they contacted me and asked me to take her back.  She settled right back into farm life.  At this point she was around 10 months old and we struggled with the idea of having so may large dogs on our small farm.  So she went to live with a close friend.  Again, life happens and there's nothing that can be done about it.  Luna came back a couple months ago.
Despite jumping around a bit as a pup, she seems quite at home here and displays all the traits I'd like to see in a guardian for a small farm.  She's attentive and alerts to potential threats.  Yet, she's so sweet with our children.  She's still young and has had limited time with sheep, but so far she's 90% perfect.  Occasionally wanting to play.  Not a mean bone in her body.  In another few months she'll be AMAZING with sheep I'm sure!  Right now, she is doing fabulous with the mini horses and cows.
